My Fees and Insurance Plans I Accept

I can accept several types of health insurance. If yours is not among them, my usual rate is $150 USD per hour. I can also send bills to your insurance company if your plan has out-of-network benefits.

The insurance plans I can accept vary depending on your state. Below is a list of insurance plans I can accept in New York:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Magellan (Amerihealth, US Family Health)
  • Medicare (New for 2024)
  • Optum (United Healthcare)
  • Tricare

credit card For those who have co-pays or are paying out of pocket, I can accept cash or check at time of service in my Forest Hills office. In order to charge a credit, debit, or HSA card, you will need to enter your card information into a secure form in my patient portal, authorizing me to charge your card for each visit. I will not have access to your actual card information. If you need to change the card for any reason, you'll be able to do that in my patient portal.
